On Tuesday 9th of May 2023, a seminar was conducted for all the students of the Department of Mass Communication and Media Studies. The seminar was organized by 400-level students in the convocation hall at the university, and the host of the program was Miss Shona Olalere. The programme was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but due to some technical issues, we started around 9:25 it was an online seminar using the "Google Meet" application because she was not in the country.  Miss Shona started by welcoming us, we also appreciated the fact that she created time to talk to us. Moving further, we were given a summary of her biography and also the book she has published, " No Cush No Coffee". We also welcomed our head of department, Dr John Ibanga, who acknowledged the other lecturers that were around.  Name of University The name of the University is “Augustine University, Ilara-Epe”. The University is named after St.Augustine, a man accepted by most scholars to be the most important figure in the ancient Western church. At the age of nineteen, Augustine read Cicero’s Hortensius, an experience that led him to a fascination with philosophical questions and methods that would remain with him throughout his life. He became attracted to the more sceptical positions of academic philosophers. My name is Chude Emeka Emmanuel. Born on April 11 2005 to a Christian family of two boys considering I am the last born in Lagos Nigeria.                I created this blog mostly for enlightening your knowledge about some areas of my life in the aspect of where I find myself.
