THEME: THE CHALLENGE OF UNDERDEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA LEVERAGING ENDOGENOUS RESEARCH AND INNOVATION FOR DEVELOPMENT. On May 31, 2023, the university hosted a seminar for the student at the convocation hall, also inviting other school authorities to the venue scheduled at 10:00 am. The program was hosted by Mr Ogunyomi, one of our philosophy lecturers. he took to the stage welcoming us and other people to the high table such as the governor of Lagos state, the vice-chancellor, the dean of student affairs, the Head of the department of humanities and social sciences and the department of science, the Reverend father, Acting bursar, registrar and other authorities from the other schools/ university that where invited.
